We are a fast-casual restaurant that shares our space with our friends at Shaker Mill (Cuban-inspired cocktails) and The Academy of Recreational Sciences (Modern Times taproom). We want to bring a little cubaneo to Santa Barbara by serving food that honors the vibrancy of the Cuban culture, but in a Californian way.

Modern Times
Ready your mind, body, and soul for the apex of luxurious social experiences. Our Santa Barbara pleasure-dome is a wall-to-wall bonanza of face-melting party magic, complete with State Street's largest outdoor patio. With over 30 taps of our outrageously tasty beers (plus cold brew coffee, wine, & occasional guest beers & ciders), a stunning array of boundary-pushing plant-based cuisine, and a visual feast of mind-bending installation art, this enclave of elegance is virtually guaranteed to astound both the eyes and the tastebuds. To make matters even more awesome, the space features a mini-mart that's fully stocked with to-go beer, coffee, glassware, and the finest in wearable items; it's also a pick-up spot for online special release sales.
